Our track record
TyT Tecnología started in 2001 in a small workshop, fixing the neighborhood's computers. What kept the business alive was not the storefront or the advertising: it was that the machine came back working, and the diagnosis was the same one we would have given a relative.
Twenty-five years later we still work that way, now also selling new and refurbished equipment and servicing security cameras. Every purchase is backed by the same workshop that takes care of it afterwards.

Who is behind it
Alejandro Torres Vargas
Founder & CEO · Systems Engineer
A systems engineer with 25 years of experience in support, infrastructure and hardware repair. He founded TyT Tecnología in 2001 and is still on the shop floor: he reviews the hard cases and trains the team with the same standard he applied to his first customer.
