Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the TyT Tecnología website and the purchases and services you arrange with us. By using the site you accept them. Nothing below limits the rights granted to you by Costa Rica’s Law No. 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection.
1.Catalog and prices
Prices are shown in Costa Rican colones. The dollar amount is a reference calculated with the day’s exchange rate and may vary.
Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. Offers are valid until the date shown or while stock lasts.
Photos are for illustration. The condition of each machine (new, used or refurbished) and its specifications are shown on its page.
If a price shows an obvious error, we let you know before closing the purchase and you can cancel it at no cost.
2.How purchases work
The site does not process payments. The cart builds an order that you send us on WhatsApp; there we confirm availability, final price, payment method and delivery.
The purchase is closed once both parties confirm those details. Until then the order is an inquiry and does not reserve the product.
3.Warranty
Every product and service carries the warranty we state when you buy it, as shown on the invoice, and never less than the law requires.
The warranty does not cover damage from impacts, liquids, power surges or misuse, nor machines opened or repaired by third parties.
To claim it, bring the machine and its invoice to the workshop.
4.Repair service
Before any repair we give you a diagnosis and a quote. We do no work without your approval.
Back up your information before bringing in a machine. We take care of your data, but a hardware fault can cause it to be lost and we cannot guarantee its recovery.
We let you know when the machine is ready. If it is not picked up within 90 calendar days of that notice, we may charge a storage fee.
5.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site.
6.Intellectual property
The TyT Tecnología brand, logo and site content belong to TyT Tecnología. Product brands belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify them.
7.Liability
We work to keep the site’s information accurate and available, but there may be errors or interruptions. What counts is what we confirm when arranging each purchase or service.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
